Our team monitors your journey wherever possible. If your flight is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible so we can coordinate your transfer. Additional waiting or operational charges may apply depending on the delay and policies.

05 Are your vehicles fully insured and what happens in case of a vehicle breakdown?

Yes. All vehicles used for our services are fully insured. In the unlikely event of a mechanical issue or breakdown, we will arrange a suitable replacement vehicle as quickly as possible to minimize disruption to your journey.

06 What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms vary depending on the booked services. Applicable cancellation charges are based on policies and generally increase closer to the travel date.
